Target Groups for Dissemination

Migrant Women: The direct beneficiaries of the project, whose stories, successes, and challenges will be highlighted to inspire and inform other migrant women and stakeholders.
VET Teachers and Educators: Professionals working with migrant women who will benefit from the project’s resources, training guides, and best practices.

Policy Makers and Decision Makers: Individuals and bodies at the local, national, and European levels who can influence policy and funding decisions to support migrants.
Partner Networks: Extensive networks of the project partners, including other educational institutions, NGOs, and international organizations that can benefit from the project’s findings and methodologies.

Dissemination Tools and Methods
Project Website and Online Resources:
The project website will serve as a central hub for all dissemination activities online. It will feature online reference resources, video testimonials, training methodology guides, and e-learning resources.
A dedicated page will promote webinars, offering GDPR-compliant registration, landing pages, and feedback forms to facilitate information sharing.

Printed Materials:
Promotion materials such as leaflets, posters, and flyers will be distributed in “welcome spaces,” job centers, and VET training centers, particularly those supporting young people.

Visibility and Promotion Plan:
A well-defined visibility plan with strategic objectives will be developed to raise awareness about the project’s contents, developments, and results.
Promotional activities will include two press releases before each of the four partnership meetings and local multiplier event conferences, ensuring ongoing media coverage and public interest.

Digital and Social Media:
Active engagement on social networks (Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube) and the CEDEFOP will facilitate broader reach and interaction with various stakeholders.

Please describe your plans for sharing and use of project results.

  • How will you make the results of your project known within your partnership, in your local communities and in the wider public? Who are the main target groups you would like to share your results with?
  • Are there other groups or organisations that will benefit from your project? Please explain how.

Regular 4 e-newsletters will be sent to over 1200 contacts within partner networks, updating them on project progress, outcomes, and upcoming events.

Events and Conferences:
Local multiplier event conferences will be organized to present project results, share experiences, and discuss best practices. Conference materials, including agendas and project reports, will be provided to delegates in their local languages.

Measuring Dissemination Impact
To evaluate the effectiveness of the dissemination activities, several metrics and feedback mechanisms will be employed:

Website Analytics: Tracking the number of visitors, 100 downloads, and interactions on the project website.
Social Media Engagement: Monitoring visualizations of posts, shares, comments, and overall reach on social media platforms.
Event Participation: Recording attendance and engagement levels at webinars, workshops, and conferences.
Survey Feedback: Collecting feedback from participants through surveys and questionnaires to assess the impact and usefulness of the disseminated materials.
